Rachel completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and received her BSN from Northeastern University. She has been part of the Russo team for four years and even did an internship at the practice during high school. Rachel has an integral role in the surgical team and guides patients throughout their journey, whether surgical or non-surgical. She is a wealth of knowledge and is ever-present in the initial consult, pre-op counseling, circulating during surgery, and post-op care. Her patients often comment on her warm bedside manner and the support they receive from her. Rachel is also trained as a Botox injector and provider of energy-based treatments.
