At Dr Russo‘s Cosmetic Center, we strive to provide the best service and care for all of our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have established the following policies.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We ask all new and established patients to supply a credit card to keep on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure, electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event we do not receive the required notice for your adjustments to your scheduled appointment, the following fees will be applied to your card or billed to you in the event the card is declined.

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please kindly provide 48 hours notice. No-Shows or notifications provided less than 48 hour prior to the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of $50 for Cosmetic Center patients and $200 for patients of Dr. Russo. A cancellation notice given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will NOT receive a charge.

We understand emergencies, sickness, and weather-related events can occur. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible and we will determine if a cancellation fee will be charged at time.
