Dr. Elaine Sullivan, DNP, MHL, CRNA, serves as the plastic surgery anesthesia division director for ICON Anesthesia of New England.
MANAGING PARTNER & NURSE
Julie Kamin Russo got her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and her MSW from Simmons College.

Lindsey has been a Licensed Esthetician for 15 years.
REGISTERED NURSE
Maddie, RN, is a nurse at Dr. Russo’s office who works with the surgical team.
Lauren is a dedicated Aesthetic RN and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Endicott College.
Rachel completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and received her BSN from Northeastern University.
Sabrina King is our Licensed Esthetician who works closely with patients by developing custom treatment plans to help them reach their goals.
LASER TECHNICIAN
Sheila has over 30 years of laser experience and specializes in the "personal aspects" of the beauty industry.
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Arlene is the patient care coordinator on the first floor. She is the helpful voice on the other end of the phone when you call our office.
Claudia Rodriguez is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with expertise in aesthetic medicine, specializing in cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Chey is a licensed esthetician who graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2019. He brings several years of experience working with various specialty skincare lines and advanced esthetic facial treatments, as well as working directly with clients throughout their skincare journeys.
AESTHETIC CLINIC MANAGEMENT
Jessica Bou Khalil brings over 14 years of experience in aesthetic clinic management, having led luxury aesthetic clinics across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Her expertise centers on exceptional customer service, practice management, team leadership, and creating a seamless, elevated patient experience.
